In December 2007, Drs. Bahruz Malikov and Ramiz Sadigov from the National Academy of Aviation, Baku, Azerbaijan, visited ICTP to discuss possible collaborations between our two institutions. In particular, Drs. Malikov and Sadigov requested ICTP's assistance in identifying suitable teachers who would be willing to spend some time in Baku to teach English to their students. First class accommodation and meals would be covered by the National Academy of Aviation.
