PHYSICS FOR ALL
On the occasion of ICTP's 40th anniversary, the Centre, in partnership with Immaginario Scientifico, is organising a series of public lectures in Italian. The first lecture, scheduled for Thursday 25 March, will be given by the world-famous theoretical physicist Alvaro de Rujula from CERN (European Laboratory for Nuclear Research), which is located in Geneva, Switzerland. De Rujula will examine scientific theories and speculations related to the Big Bang and the origins of the universe. The lecture will take place in the Main Lecture Hall beginning at 17.30.
