The Adriatico Guesthouse's cafeteria has been refurbished, marking the final phase of a 5-year effort to renovate the structure and have it conform to more stringent building codes. A new kitchen, eating area and bar have also been redesigned to improve food preparation and service as well as to provide a more inviting atmosphere for dining.
