The United Nations has declared the year 2000 the "International Year for a Culture of Peace." In honour of this effort, ICTP's Cultural Committee is organising a joint art exhibition open to UN-related organisations, including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), International Centre for Science and High Technology (ICS), International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) and Third World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) and, of course, ICTP. Entries by staff and their children will be displayed at the Centre's Art Gallery in the Adriatico Guesthouse from 14 to 30 April.
