GianCarlo Ghirardi, Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of Trieste and Head of ICTP's Associates Programme, has authored a layperson's guide to quantum physics. The monograph, which is written in Italian and carries the intriguing title Un'occhiata alle carte di Dio (A Look into God's Plans), offers an overview of quantum physics for readers without advanced degrees in either physics or math.
