Add Event

How to add an event to the "Other events" section

Every ICTP user can add an event in the Other events section.

To add an event you need to login using your ICT login and password. You can either use the login box to the left, or go to the login form

To add an event go to the Event Adding Form and fill in the requested values (title, start date and end date). If you want you can fill other values, such as the event location, a body text, an url containing more informations about the event, and some contact informations.

After the creation of an event you need to submit it for publication: in the blue bar on the top select the submit action from the state menu. After a reviewer will review the event it will be published, and the event will be visible in the upcoming events box to the right and in the event list.

You can view (and edit) your events not yet published in the draft events page.
